Biz_Manager

This is a program that makes the workflow of suppliers to import/export agents automated. Product suppliers send the information to the agents who are able to generate all the shipping documents through this program.

Biz Manager program streamlines the information flow from suppliers with their product and contact information to the import export agent. The agent is able to generate all the relevant commercial documents such as sales confirmation, invoice, packing list, shipping documents and order details, etc. This is managed with two versions of the program. One is a simple version for use by suppliers. It helps suppliers enter all the product related data including pictures, etc. It also lets you enter his own details. There are facilities to manage the program locally, such as generating reports, administering passwords and so on. Supplier details are then sent as a zip file. This is a little strange when the program could have been set up to pass on the data over communication links to the second version, the BM Manager at the agent`s location.

The full module, for use by the agents, is full of features so that the interface has seven tabs. The program is able to present the details for your verification easily.
